Mike Odell, ISA, MPPA, CES, is a certified Master Personal Property Appraiser, accredited by the International Society of Appraisers, with particular expertise in household evaluations, collectibles, equipment and machinery, as well as commercial, industrial and business appraisals. Mike is also a member of the Asheford Institute of Antiques. Most of his appraisal clients are located in Western Washington State, and he numbers many banks, insurance companies and professional service providers among his clients.

Be sure to contact us if you have any need to determine the value of your personal property or business, especially for insurance or as security for a loan. Mike is a Certified Estate Specialist, and he can be of great help to heirs and executors in evaluating and liquidating the personal property of deceased clients or loved ones. He does not appraise real estate.
